All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground.

Handling Time
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Items are typically shipped within 2-6 business days. Once your product has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders must be placed by December 15th to ensure delivery by December 25th.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened merchandise within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and such product must be in its original condition.

All shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your original purchase on the Site.
